THE SANDY, INC. DIFFERENCE!
Exceptional design is a critical part of any successful retail display program. Sandy, Inc. is fortunate to have in-house design engineers with years of experience in the POP industry. Our team is passionate about translating the customer's vision into a custom display that first highlights the product but can also be constructed in a cost effective manner. Sandy, Inc. often employs collaborative design approach to maximize and match creativity with construction.
Our design and engineering team uses the latest tools for rendering (3ds Max), for engineering (Autodesk Inventor) and for design and illustration (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator).
Other important elements of a successful display program that are often overlooked include packaging the display so that it ships without damage and then assembles easily. Our designers pay special attention to protecting the display when designing the carton and inner packaging. Their goal is to design a display that can be assembled within 30 minutes with easy to follow instruction sheets.
The bottom line is our design and engineering team genuinely enjoys working with our customers and presenting a unique merchandising solution that helps sell more products. Our design and engineering team produces two and three dimensional drawings generated by AutoCAD and Inventor. These full color renders are sent to you for your input and any necessary revisions. Once you approve the concept our engineers convert them into engineering drawings. The displays are then value engineered by incorporating the best materials while at the same time building in optimum functionality and ease of assembly into the final designs.
Subsequent to your concept approval we produce a prototype for your inspection. At that time, you have an opportunity to make any final modifications prior to the production run.
Careful attention is focused on designing pack plans engineered to ensure your product arrives safely. We ship over 90% of our displays unassembled (KDF) to save on freight costs. The displays assemble easily with the MODEEZ post and hook system and easy to read instructions.
