After an interal analysis of a typical custom display project lifecycle spanning from initial concept to the shipment of production run, the average timeline is approximately six months. Is this reality in your world? If you consider that the actual timeline (if everything is accomplished back to back) to produce renders, provide pricing proposal, engineer the display, produce a prototype, and manufacture the production run is generally less than 90 days... Then you realize how long the decision making component of the display process takes to move through the various stages of a display project. So, if you are considering a new retail display program that needs a roll out in June, work should on average begin no later than December. However, not every program needs to be six months...Sandy, Inc. is experienced at delivering successful retail display programs in less than 90 days. To achieve this, customer approvals must move through the various project stages quickly. Everything we do is customer centric and we strive to be as flexible as possible in supporting your unique deliverables and operate with your company processes.

What role do instructions play in a successful display program?

Please consider that instructions are only required with a knocked down display. Therefore, the first significant benefit you receive is freight savings versus sending the display assembled. Well written, easy to understand instructions are an essential final step of a display roll-out. Our process begins with putting the display together BEFORE we write the instructions. This approach allows us to find the right balance between easy assembly and achieving the shortest time possible to assemble the display. We produce three dimensional illustrated instructions to enhance the understanding of how the parts go together. Sometimes we go a step further and redesign parts in order to meet our primary goal of creating simple, easy to follow instrucitons. You don't have to be "Bob the Builder" to assemble a Sandy, Inc. display. We utilize a Snap Lock system (post and clips) that simplifies the assembly process condsiderably and cuts down on the amount of hardware needed. If you do experience issues you can always rely on our Toll Free Customer Support. The result: Most Sandy, Inc. displays assemble in less than 30 minutes with a large percentage in the 15 minute range. We keep in mind that most displays are assembled on the retailer's floor.
